Hi there. Recently Ive noticed that the organic grapes I buy have a much longer shelf life than they ever did before. Normally a white mold will begin to grow on them well before 1 week of storage. The grapes I'm eating right now have been in the fridge over two weeks and no sign of mold. In fact, they've begun to shrivel and turn into grapes which causes them to taste especially delicious. But what could be the cause of this prolonged shelf-life, if not genetic engineering or irradiation? Has anyone noticed similar changes? Thanks.
